Hi I'm Meagan, from MJ Sleep!

With over a decade of experience as a midwife, I have had the privilege of supporting families through one of the most transformative moments of their lives, bringing their little ones into the world. My passion for newborn care naturally led me to transition into day and night nannying, where I saw firsthand how vital sleep is for both babies and parents.

Recognising the profound impact that healthy sleep habits have on a family's well-being, I decided to expand my expertise and train as an ISSC sleep consultant. Now, I combine my midwifery background, hands-on newborn care experience, and sleep education to provide families with the tools and support they need to create healthy, restful sleep routines.
 

My goal is to help parents feel confident, well-rested, and empowered. It's clear that when babies sleep well, the whole family thrives.
